Information you give us when you contact us, book a call or work with us: your name, organisation, job title, email address, phone number and anything you include in your message. Booking details when you use our online booking page. Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through our website platform and cookies.

 

3. How we use it and our lawful basis

To respond to enquiries and arrange calls (our legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract). To deliver our services and manage client relationships (contract). To keep business and financial records (legal obligation). To maintain and improve our website (legitimate interests; consent for non-essential cookies). To send occasional updates about our services where you have agreed or have an existing business relationship with us; you can opt out at any time.

 

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and booking platform (Wix), our email and document storage provider, and our accountants and professional advisers. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved data transfer agreements.

 

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for six years after an engagement ends, to meet legal and tax requirements.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time.
